The Board consists of seven members each having one vote. Applications are reviewed and decisions
rendered based on the voter approved Basic Land Use Ordinance for the Town of Greenville.
This lengthy document sets down guidelines and rules for all construction and "use"

PLANNING BOARD Meetings
The Planning Board meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month.
BOARD OF APPEALS
The Greenville Board of Appeals has two (2) regular member openings and two (2) alternate member
The Board of Appeals meets upon request or as necessary.
